Chef Rhodello Nuval - Tropical Tilapia


Ingredients:

  • Lemon Juice
  • Dry Ginger
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Salt
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh Tilapia Fillets
  • Italian Wine or Cooking Wine
  • Mix marinade seasoning ingredients into a mixing bowl or container
  • - one forth(1/4) cup lemon juice
  • - one(1) teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • - one foruth(1/4) cup Italian Wine or Cooking wine
  • - 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • Once all the above ingredients are mixed thoroughly add Tilapia and soak for 5 to 10 min
  • Coat fry pan with a thin layer of olive oil
  • Place Tilapia on hot fry pan at medium heat
  • Add a sprinkle of lemon pepper and a pinch of salt on each side while cooking
  • Cook each side until golden brown and 150 degrees
  • Plate with fresh fruit and herbs
